Are you politically neutral?
Yes. We edit for accuracy, not spin. Institutional and campaign projects are handled by separate editors, all work is confidential, we sign NDAs on request, and every clip is approved by you before publication.
How fast do we get the clips?
Standard turnaround is same day or next business day. For scheduled events — a session, press conference or address — we prepare in advance and deliver the first clips within hours of the event ending. We answer every enquiry within 24 hours.
How are rights and data handled?
The clips we produce for you are fully yours once paid. Footage is stored on EU-based servers, accessed only by the editors assigned to your project, and deleted on your schedule. We sign data-processing agreements (GDPR) and NDAs.
How does ordering work?
You send an enquiry and we prepare a written offer within one business day. Next comes a purchase order or low-value order (evidenčno naročilo) — services up to €40,000 excluding VAT require no public tender — then delivery. We invoice via e-invoice through UJP.
