What we collect. When you submit an enquiry, application, or book a call, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, company, and what you tell us about your project or profile.

Why we collect it. Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare your call, review your application, and — if we work together — deliver the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with. Scheduling runs through Calendly (their privacy policy applies to bookings). We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it. As long as needed to handle your enquiry or working relationship. Ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights (GDPR). You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data. Email hello@klipp.si and we'll respond within 30 days.

Services. klipp provides managed clip production and creator-booking campaigns. Scope, pricing, and deliverables are agreed per engagement in writing before work starts.

Content ownership. Clips we produce for you are yours once the engagement is paid in full. Creator campaign content follows the usage rights agreed in the campaign brief.

Creator consent. Creators on our roster approve every brief before anything is posted, and set their own allowed promotion categories.

Payment. Invoices are due within the term stated on the invoice. Work may pause on overdue accounts.

No guarantees of virality. We optimize for performance but cannot guarantee specific view counts or outcomes on third-party platforms.

Liability. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question. These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
